With nearly two decades of experience behind the camera, I'm Chris Cavallo, the photographer and creative heart behind Salt AND Light Photography, proudly serving Maine, New Hampshire, and the beautiful White Mountains.

Photography isn't simply what I do. It's what I love.

From the anticipation of welcoming a new baby to the excitement of a graduating senior, the joy of a wedding day, or the laughter shared during a family session, I believe every season of life deserves to be beautifully remembered.

My passion is creating portraits that capture more than how you look. I want to capture the connections, personalities, emotions, and little details that make your story uniquely yours.
